No Broken Anymore?

For the last three weeks I have been working part time. I hurt my wrist typing on the ten-key pad at work for approximately 4-6 solid hours (and, after a meeting with an ergonomist, found out that it was also from twist my wrist sideways and up on a mouse that was too high itself and set above the keyboard). Tomorrow is my next appointment with the doctor to see if I can return to work full time. Next week I'll have physical therapy for it, three times a week for three weeks.

I honestly dislike not going to work full time. Yes, I do take advantage of getting off before 8 means things are still open instead of getting off after 12am. However, I feel as if I am getting nothing done at work. This also includes my pace slowing down immensely from having to get used to a split (it's actually in three pieces) keyboard. So instead of 80 words a minute, I'm typing less than half of that. In a way, it is good because my wrist isn't being over worked, but it's very frustrating having to relearn the position of the keys.

I am really wanting that old routine back. The one I want to start up again, I lost about a year ago. I want to get myself up around 12, go to work, then go to the gym again. I was going to start the week I hurt my wrist, but I ended up not going because I like it to be empty so no one seems my stuff jiggle. I'm giving up on that one; I don't care which way the doctor appointment goes, I'm going back to the gym on Friday (my Monday).

My insomnia sucks, but I may as well make it work for me by using that time to walk on a treadmill instead of laying in bed doing the computer. I am looking forward to getting things back to normal. Everything has gone haywire since the accident (which I realize I haven't elaborated on). I just realized I keep repeating myself in all my posts. I really need to stop that.
