I am addicted to this series. Though the author's writing sometimes annoys me (like the repeated explanation of Navajo words, or of some characters). They are addicting and I do have to admit that the writing seem to be getting worse, like they're just trying to crank them out. The plot is thin in some areas and they stretch scenes out unnecessarily. There are other scenes that could use elaboration.
At this point, I'm most interested in the Stevie Ray and Rephiam plot. Not enough of Stevie Ray was in the last book. And frankly, I'm totally sick of the Zoey juggling five guys. No one has that many guys dating her at once, all while knowing about each other. It's just not realistic (well, a more realistic aspect that readers should be able to relate to).
This book was more interesting because of what happened to one of the swooners, which, in turn, had Zoey react. Which was fine with me. One less guy. Zoey will probably be back narrating the next one. And despite everything, I will still read it.
